If you aim at fine arts, the process is different: just take great quality artworks and trace all the muscles, bone protrusions, fat tissues you can find.
Both are difficult exercices; if you're just starting out, you may even want to set anatomy aside for now. Learn to see, to replicate what you see, to decompose objects in simple volumes, etc.
Anatomy should be second class citizen in art education.
