id recommend you plan out your poses before drawing them, references can help a lot there or you can do them yourself. if you try tilting your head to the side and raising the hand on that side, youll see it isnt very natural unless you fully extend your arm
the structure part is kind of self explanatory i think. i didn't stylize the body very much cause i recommend doing a lot of figure drawings of real people sort of like this. and i mean a lot.
and take your time with them, in the beginning each one took me hours. eventually this kind of construction becomes second nature and youll be able to skip it or do a much more simple version of it
