Popular Artist Liking And Retweeting Part II

>Make thread about if popular artists owe smaller artists likes/RTs on Twitter
>It does far better than I expected having posted it as a way to simply vent here on /ic/
>One notable poster in said thread whom I'll refer to as "Matrix-Kun" from here on out offered some valuable insights that more or less confirmed what some of us suspected
>That is, "popular" artists have their own high school esque cliques that they use to basically circle-jerk one another to fame and fortune
>Moreover, most of these same artists unsurprisingly and also intentionally look down upon smaller artists and/or wormed their way into these aforementioned groups
>Matrix-Kun claimed they were working on a "matrix" (hence the nickname) that would expose these elitist popular artist cliques and perhaps finally give us smaller more deserving artists some leverage on social media
>Last I heard, some popular artists caught wind of the original thread and began going out of their way to RT smaller artists
>Thread died before Matrix-Kun could unveil their popular artist matrix.
>To my knowledge, (and correct me if I'm wrong), there's no thread by Matrix-Kun they later posted that may have been archived between January 24th, 2022 and February 2nd, 2022

TL;DR: Matrix-Kun was on the verge of making snobby popular artists selfishly hogging the spotlight and exploiting the algorithm shit themselves from fear of having their incestuous nepotistic cliques exposed.

Matrix-Kun, if you are lurking and you haven't forgotten about your project, please let us know what's what on that.
