Background is dogshit and basically camouflages the little black guy that lives in the fish tank head. Get rid of that fucking background entirely. Keep it simple. Nobody is looking at this shit to be impressed by random blood splatter and stupid dots.
Also there’s nothing to indicate that the fish tank head is glass when you’re looking at it from afar. Look at my pic related and all the light it’s reflecting. Can barely even see you’re because again that is the worst background ever. If the glass had a nice lil classic light reflection meme on it and the line was white or something it’d start getting better. Just look at what those things look like. They aren’t just a black line. Plus it looks like you changed the path of the foreground line to avoid the background. And the background is fucking trash to begin with and def shouldn’t be fucking with your foreground lines or creating the appearance that it is.
If you’re going to make a glass dome head, commit to it. Don’t just make one wonky black line over the most cancerous background in art history and say “I’ve been doing this for 5 months” because then you’re just insulting yourself.
God do I hate that background. It’s like you picked everything that isn’t appealing as a background texture and combined it to make something that’s quadruple unappealing and actively sabotages the subject.
