If you want to make comics, then start right now. It takes a lot more than just "being able to draw" to make good comics, so the best way to improve at making comics is to simply make lots of comics.

The fact that you chose to post an examole that doesn't showcase your abilities for amking comics in any way says a lot.

Just because you can draw figures isn't enough.

Compisition, backgrounds, designs, motion, expressions, cinematography aka use of angles etc.
