Use a ruler in whatever program you're drawing on.

Reduce opacity of your ellipse, make a new layer and trace over it.

This isn't rocket science. You can emulate most techniques in digital. The medium doesn't inhibit you, you inhibit yourself. So stop making excuses and just fucking draw.
