Are there any manga/comic/other styles that use color, but still feel as concise and "punchy" as black and white manga (without halftones) to you?

I love how impactful it feels since there's little to muddy the message, just two values and perfect contrast so everything needs to be conveyed by meaningful lines, but colors definitely draw more people in and I'm looking to start a comic so I'm trying to find a compromise between the two.
