Why is it so hard to learn how to paint well? How would you go about painting something so it has these beautiful creamy colors? Everything I paint is muddy, soupy, just so fucking gross and /beg/

How would you paint it by hand though? AI has such a masterful grasp of color and shape design, even if the subject matter is nonsensically abstract
