>>5886410You can emulate it: use sharp lines, lots of contrast where there is focus, use broken lines, lower contrasts where there isn't. The key is to keep what is out of focus readable enough: the cars for instance, you need to find ways to make them subdue but still recognizable. If you want to try yourself at it, try to make a few thumbnails following those rules.
