In English you go from one two three, to eleven, twelve, thirteen, to twenty one twenty two twenty three
Which makes no logical sense.
But in japanese it's
Ichi ni San, juu ichi juu ni juu San, ni juu ichi ni juu ni ni juu San, then San juu etc...
It's very simple and you just add the next number in from of juu and the second number after. As opposed to English where you need to learn an entirely new word for each new grouping of numbers until 100+
Of course this is only for basic nip math and you get other weird number fuckery that makes no sense such as the days of the week, special ages, various counters, and other silliness depending on what you're talking about.
But the base number system is logical and easy in nip. While in English it's retarded. How much this matters is probably irrelevant though. At least every "IQ test" I've taken has nothing to do with math and is about logical reasoning using concepts instead of numbers. If numbers were used they were only used symbolically
