I want to practice drawing portraits from profile. Is it a bad idea to do a self portraits with 2 mirrors?

Doing a portrait from profile is one of Keys To Drawing exercises, book that I'm currently going through. Author advises against using 2 mirrors, but without explaining why exactly, pic related. Any ideas?
