If you didn’t really start drawing until you were almost an adult, whether or not you are technically able to learn and get good might be irrelevant.
If you actually had the intrinsic desire to do art and draw for yourself, you would have naturally been doing it a lot earlier. Deciding you want to do art as an adult so you can draw your own anime tiddies or get social media followers or whatever other superficial “adult” reason is motivating you, likely won’t keep you grinding for the amount of time you’d need to become proficient.
If you’re like 20 and you’re just starting to learn to draw, the reality is that you likely won’t ever have the intrinsic motivation or personal focus to get gud, regardless of whether or not you theoretically could.
