Just need to learn to draw different types of fashion, fabric, and folds to develop a better visual library for clothing like I do with figure drawing. But there isn't as much clothed model references out there.
I would buy those artstation reference packs, but each pack is several hundred photos of just one or three costumes. If anyone found any reference packs with various costumes on artstation, I am interested as well. I had to manually look through their entire reference catalog to search for things since they don't have a way to search their products.
