Anyone with a substantial following.
Let's say 10-20k+.
They're still on the trend train trying to get clout.
Depends on the level of ecchi.
I'd say; draw them slightly revealing or in a sexy pose but not outright coom.
You'll get both coomers and normies this way.
Just post them with the name, no tags. That's what everyone else does.

Don't draw bigger artists OCs if you're not friends with them on the discords, don't have a few thousands followers or if the artist doesn't give public permission to draw them.
Don't draw OCs if you're not at an acceptable level i.e. don't have your fundies down.

I tried this once when an account of mine was still new-ish and they ignored my drawing completely meanwhile they retweeted worse art made for them instead. I never felt more embarrassed, now I just draw for myself. Never want to experience that cringe again.
