>>5874637This is how they get people really, Have you not noticed any of these "quick" improvers are people who don't have any of these old pictures they are redrawing online and their accounts have no old art from that time period? The amount of people eating this shit up is really odd since you can clearly tell it is about pride. People either will pick their worse drawing and redraw or they will pick a very old drawing and claim it was from a year ago. Yet many people think "omg I am not going to make it." These improvement memes serve no purpose other than for people to "humblebrag" in a very deceiving way. Their intention isn't to hurt they will usually say something along lines of when caught," I was not trying to make anyone feel bad, I just trying to make myself feel good." We should be at the point of shaming any anon that posts this shit online. I am tired of people eating this shit up.
If you want to improve, then study and draw. There is no magic formula and nothing wrong with being average. Most "talented" kids or quick improvers are dishonest and real people who exist under those two categories are exceptions,s not the standard. Standard is it will take 5-12 years to even get good at art. Accept this fate and stop asking questions. Go online find an art book and improve.
Do yourself a favor and remind yourself this, lying is real and dishonesty doesn't mean lying but purposely propagating something that is a false narrative of someone's image.
