Why is it that a prisoner is allowed to sit inside and draw all day, but we have to go to work and slave away, having 80% of our crucial drawing time stolen from us?

It's really very unjust. If all you want out of life is to draw/paint and have basic food and shelter for survival then this should be provided to you for free, just as it is for prisoners.
