so just to get this straight, they’re on the 8th episode and they still don’t have the staff to produce it a month before the deadline, and so they are contacting some rando on twitter who never did anything related to animation and they’re offering him somewhere around 50 bucks total to (presumably) be the layout artist, probably the most technically demanding art element in the production for most genres

honestly, I’d go for it just to see what it’s like, the pay sounds like ass, but idk how the job actually looks like, maybe you get 5 pieces that can be done 5 minutes for every demanding one so it averages out
