So tldr.
Knowing more = having the statistical basis to know your answers are situational and thus lower confidence level.
A beg knows for a 100% fact red + blue paint = green paint.
An int has worked with paint and knows that yes, but not always.
So while they both "know" the answer, the int has enough knowledge to be unsure of saying it with 100% certainty. While the begs knowledge says that 100% of paint he's seen works that way so it's always true.
