all of the swipes of color are surrounded or otherwised bounded by black, gray or white in some way, so in spite of the colors there's no sense of freedom or motion
I could see landscapes in the swatches of color, but if it's going for that kind of cubic style, it's too little of the picture
overall the main message is boring greyness, which you could more easily achieve by printing a copyright notice on a sheet of paper. 2/10
