An idiot who forgets everything can't properly build a visual database since it is composed of millions of complex subjects and their variations, and correct simplification.
It doesn't only take high IQ, but also having a good, healthy brain that is capable of storing such things (Preferrably that it begins bulding visual library from early ages, for a stronger pillar which buttresses his art evolution)
