>>5861608The most you can do is try to bring it to light on discord serves, twitter, and other sites. You would also need to make sure the call out has enough proof and can gain enough traction to become noticeable. Like dates of when and where each picture was posted, conversations, and the like.
Reporting them wouldn't do anything because they aren't actually breaking any rule on twitter.
That being said I can understand liking an OC design enough to be inspired by it. It happens often. But usually those inspired are smart enough to toss in differences to where you might be able to see the influence but it's not an all out copy.
Honestly it might be hard to pull off depending on how small the original creator is compared to the artist copying but it's all they can really do.
