Starting later in life is has both downs and ups. The downside is obviously you never had all that practice early in life and making time to practice can be hard as an adult, but the upside is you're not a snot-nose idiot kid and can apply yourself in a more directed manner which allows you to consume and process information much easier and quicker.
I only practice 1hr every other day since i have other shit in my life to attend to (and other hobbies) but even with this amount of practice i can see myself improving quickly
