depends on what you're doing with the trace. if it's for parody or criticism then no. otherwise it's not covered under fair use and you probably will get sued esp if you're profiting off of it

One schmuck at work is pretending this Terminator eye prop is his own. It's even clear that he used magic wand to snip it out.
Haven't found the source yet but it's probably a cyborg/terminator eye stock image.
