Two things I can say, never draw eyes fully outlined unless you're gonna do some skillful shading, otherwise they look like symbols. Second, what Steve Huston's videos on the differences between men and women. Your women convey masculinity simply in the line work. Oh also, anatomy.

Too many hard angles, pointy, and squarish. Those are masculine traits. You want her features to be more roundish, turn everything into a curve. Even if it's not accurate, it'll make her more feminine and appealing.

I think you underestimate just how long it takes for most people to get past a decent level, gains in art are painfully slow and often times you can't even see them for months at a time. There's only one real answer to the struggle; just keep drawing and only in hindsight will you know that you've made it
