>>5852711>but I'm held back just by my own fear of how it'll change me in the long term.I tried to do coom art, at times it's okay, at times it's not and can be very grating and repetitive. Really think about how many positions and situations you can draw naked characters doing the deed and repeat verbatim, but, then again, it gets easier, and faster, and you get the practice in. Same with a job, it gets repetitive, but you are at least on your own schedule and doing something you enjoy. The biggest take away I've learned is if you're going to draw coom or anything for that matter, make sure you enjoy it too and you would be willing to do it free so much that you like it, but still charge, that's the way to do it.
>Like am I really going to be fine in my 40's Firstly, give me a rough estimate how old you are. Secondly, save your money don't eat out, eat groceries, and budget, live WAY under your means and stash the cash for when you become an old-fag, notably Roth-IRA maxed out, if you work part-time, see if your company offers a 401k and max it out too.
>How am I going to explain my career choice if I date someone?Be honest. Also being a good artists helps, but you mentioned dunning kruger, but you're future gf would maybe be okay with, depending on the person. Also, being financially stable, competent and mature helps a lot so you don't come off as some rando incompetent porn addicted man-child, have investments in retirement mutual funds, have savings, have a plan too.
