Where is the limit after which art can be considered pedophilia?

Let's say I'm drawing two children after World War 2, they are weak and hungry, their clothes are all consumed. They are practically nude, but there is no sex involved, could this be considered pedophilia legally?

Another example.
There is a brother and a sister, one of them is disabled.
Let's say the sister is washing her sick and disabled brother, and I want to represent this touching scene. Could this representation be considered pedophilia legally?

I don't want to represent children sexually, but I want to represent them realistically.
The examples above are very specific, my art doesn't contain children. But I have this piece in mind and I'm scared that legally I'll have problems. Forgive me for any grammar mistakes. (couldn't care less about cancel culture)
