I dunno, post work or at least something similar if you're afraid of doxxing yourself.
I'd ask for something like 200$ a month paid every three months, for a minimum of six, a kill fee of 5000, yearly adjustments for inflation, and the option to put it up for sale while it's exposed after the initial six months. If they want it for five years and not five weeks you're probably famous enough to add a 0 or two but that sounds more reasonable than 200k, what kind of museum has that much money lying around these days.
