Call him "dream artist" all you want but it still doesn't take the fact that this is the best he'll be able to make, and this best is kinda awful.
Even if I were the most popular cartoonist in the world, the fact that the best of me will always be a badly drawn mock of the arts is just depressing, I wouldn't be able to live with something like that.
