I'm way too beg to even have one but do companies really search for employees on Twitter instead of just posting job offers like everyone else.
Sounds like a cheap excuse to retweet your entire post history like some guys I follow who'll do an art dump every time one of them gets another 50 followers

I know at least one guy who got a job doing art for some mobile vidya company just because they saw his art on twitter. Probably doesn't happen often outside of startups like that who need cheap labor.
