Have you ever hired an artist to make your artwork better?
I'm considering hiring a Japanese artist to redraw my some of my manga until I learn how to do it myself. Good idea or bad?

Depending on how much you suck the guy is likely to redraw it all. I've often seen people request colors for my linearts in drawthreads, usually the guy ended up just doing his own thing with a vague resemblance to mine and copy-pasting my signature on it anyway.

You could do that, or just work with an artist from the beginning as an author and artist pair, like the creators of Death Note and Bakuman. Of course, for that to work, you should be sharing costs and revenues. And since the artist's payment will depend on the success of the work, instead of on completing their art, you will have to convince them that your story is worth a damn and could make money.

doesent manga start with a storyboard?? if you cant draw stick figures yet just learn to draw longer or just work on improving your writing or something cuz If your not gonna do any art the person doing the art is going to be your copartner person

I cannot think of any reason to do this unless you're making the manga purely as a form of monetary gain. What's the point of making a manga if you're just getting another dude to make it for you? Why are you trying to make a manga if you "can't stand to look" at your own work? It sounds like you've never tried making manga before, so why are you trying to cheat when you're totally inexperienced?
I hope you realize that this manga will probably suck ass and you'll have to really grind at this to make presentable work even from just a writing standpoint.
