I know some guys who got their patreon deleted because of that. Drew a shortstack goblin with giant tits and ass and got removed for loli, tried to appeal it and patreon just said "lol i dont care"
Worse case you just use patreon and dont post anything on it and use a private discord, or use something else like subscribestar
You get most of your money from commissions anyways
