For the most part, all anatomy courses are similar: they break the body in main muscles groups, they study individual muscles. All teachers will have bits that the others won't (otherwise they wouldn't be making the course in the first place).

If you're beginning, just pick one (take a famous ones, you'll take less risks) and stick with it, you'll get there eventually. Spending time optimizing to get the best course out there usually has mediocre gain in comparison with picking one and working it thoroughly.

Scott Eaton's is based. Proko's is a shitty watered down version of Watts, but you can get almost everything out of the youtube videos without paying for it. Eaton's is an anatomy course but not a drawing course. You'll learn the anatomy and what to look out for but not necessarily how to draw it.
