What is /ic/'s opinion on this art book?
Keep in mind it's intended for beginners, so it's incredibly simple. It points out many things that I'm sure are obvious to many of you already. It is 11 years old after all.

I remember reading it years ago and looking back on it... Some of it is impressively... Dated. To put it nicely. But there was a surprising amount of decent information.
I guess that's just how it is when you make an artbook with several different artists...

Did anyone else read this book growing up? Have you managed to surpass the artists in it?
