I like the old 90s Cartoon Network aesthetic, which is outdated, unpopular, and impractical to draw with a dip pen. But I made it because I wanted to study it, the reasons why I make it don’t have to make sense.
It’s not cute, it’s not anime, it references a tiny cross section of my childhood that is shared by very few. Something about having a private drawing to just yourself that few people will see and fewer will understand makes it a labor of love
