>>5831646Eh, what sort of worked for me is to find a guy who's lineart you really admire especially the ones with "long confident fast strokes" and just open up their image and trace their lineart down to the very line weight. If the artist makes clean dynamically weighted lines, tracing it will give you an idea on how such a line is made. If the artist makes messy but soulful linearts, you'll figure out what corners they cut in sacrifice for speed and gesture. You'll be surprised to see how much confidence and knowledge you can gain being forced to use the exact same movements to make those lineart. Hope this helps.
