Draw what you find fun to draw. even if its just scribbles on a page. find a reason to draw every day. draw what you LIKE, not the 2893270 loomis heads people tell you to draw.
Fundies and improvement can come later. having fun, first and foremost, is what you need to learn.
Pick a subject you want to learn and draw it over and over. with ref, without ref. with ref, without ref. trace, then memory. trace, then memory. if you have fun doing it it shouldn't be a problem.
save every single doodle you do and go back and look at what you've created.
Looking at your artwork I don't really see any NGMI-ness here. you have a clear idea of form, your anatomy is improvable but still way better than most of /ic/, your only fault is your colors and how you use your brushes.
focus on sketching for now. avoid chickenscratch. if you must color a drawing use reference, and
SAVE.
EVERY.
SKETCH.
you won't see the improvement from your big pieces alone.
