Guro isn't as big a deal, it depends on how you stylize it. Plenty of zoomers draw guro to be edgy.
Real people are okay. To play that safe though, don't ship real people (unless they've publicly given the OK or you're shipping them with their real partner but even then that one is a little weird. Depends on context.). Drawing porn of real people is usually a no go, but you can get away with solo drawings. You'd still get a "weirdo" label but nobody would really give a shit about your internet crush. They might meme you if you incorporate a weird fetish often enough.
Zoo is a no go, but if you draw monsters or things like sexy werewolves it's fine. You'll still be a weirdo, but a normal internet weirdo.
"Anyone under 18" is obvious, but when it comes to shit like anime, if pretty much depends on the body type. Don't touch the "any character under 18" for popular annoying fandoms (like BNHA) because the western fandoms are annoying, but plenty of anime characters have giant tits and ass and have billions of lewd art drawn without complaint. Japanese people don't give a shit most of the time.
But definitely avoid under 18 western characters.
If you want to get popular, the trick is pandering. Draw fanart of waifus and husbandos and if you want to play it safe, stick to mostly vanilla content.
