I'm in the same boat, but I got a less fancy kit, just some 2Bs and an eraser.
I spent last night drawing basic 2d shapes.
I guess I'm just going to grind the bare bones basics like that for a while.
I didn't actually have a plan when I got the kit.

you need to learn what the fundamentals are.
also, an easy thing to do is find an artist who inspires you, whose style you like, and copy their works. most of the old masters learned art by simply copying from their teacher

Find some artwork you like, preferably made with same material. Find some online course that teach something close to what you've previously selected.

Use the course to try to learn how to achieve a small part of the selected artwork. Like, if you've selected a portrait, work on a nose. Progressively increase difficulty.
