just practice a lot and remember that all edges of a cube are either perpendicular or parallel to one another, relative to the general plane and angle of the cube. I know these aren't perfect but i drew them in like 5 seconds so there'd be plenty of time to come back and refine, measure, etc. You get to a point where you can sort of just feel it out.

fpbp. Get a rubik's cube or make a cube with paper or cut one with wood. I've got a few woods one that I have painted with acrylic, quite useful to understand how to e.g. render high chroma yellows/reds.

The first box you draw also sets up the camera. You need a theoretical, then intuitive understanding how how those first lines impact any additional forms you add to the scene.

Drawing forms in isolation is mostly a markmaking excercise because it doesn't matter what angle/perspectice/size you draw the form.

Freehand perspective comes into play when you are placing multiple forms in the same scene, especially when they are connected and must respect proportional and angle relationships.

Hopefully you can already draw a straight line. Do you have to think about how to draw a straight line? No, you just draw a line when you need to with out even thinking about it. This principle can be applied to any skill.
Study forms in perspective with as much accuracy as you can. When you free hand them they subconsciously come out accurate enough.
