I can't give an absolute rating but I'll rate them compared to each other. Starting from most pricey/effortful to least.

a lot of character animation, a lot of perspective, there's some interaction between hands and items
it looks like the effect is done by hand most of the time, because it has information about shape of objects
shots with walking through locations are probably rotoscoped

>Boruto Ending 9
still images with camera pan, little to no movement, and when something moves it has wack perspective to simplify it
but characters look correct and there doesn't seem to be any mistakes and it's fully colored most of the time

>Devilman Crybaby Intro
easy and cheap, very little detail to anything, very little character animation, and if there is character animation it's short, has easy angles and looks like it uses 3d model reference

>Boruto Openings 1-8
I'm not watching that
