Careful with the curves on the legs, see those tangents/sharp corners where thigh joins knee and knee joins lower leg? no good.
for better anatomy study them anatomy books and do figure drawing, both quick gestures and longer poses. This will also help with the awkward pose, think way more about silhouette and shapes.
