>>5821617I wonder how much people on average are exhausted psychologically speaking (depression, so called ADHD, etc.). I don't think people studying art are more susceptible to it than the general population, at least, I can foresee a specific cause.
And that would be a first reason for people's negative perception. I think a second one is that for a lot of people art is something they've always done in a relaxing setting, but getting good "fast" actually require to work, and to work hard, perhaps more than what they've been used to, as their expectations are high, which all seem to break their internal balance.
Those two reasons can influence each others.
>what are your opinions on the art of creating artwork? Is it fun? Relaxing? Exhausting?AFAIC, it depends on external factors. In some periods, it can be relaxing/fun/liberating, while in some other periods, it can be exhausting.
> To those (of any skill level) who struggle with finding the end product of your effort to be satisfying: What keeps you going?I have quite a few pieces in my mind I'd like to develop but lacked the skills. It's getting quite close now; that makes me happy.

Then, you can use those skills for quicker/imagination drawings.
