There's nothing inherently wrong with krenz accuracy method but because of the current obsession with it none of them are talking about anything else and they refuse to talk about anything other than it. It's not the material that's bad it's the obsession. Krenz only teaches a measuring technique in the one translated video that gets spammed all the time on /ic/ so it only goes so far in teaching anything. It would be the music equivalent of teaching somebody perfect pitch. It's great to have but there's way more to music than just pitch, especially if you're trying to be a songwriter instead of just a cover band. If someone was interested in creating a manga, or at least just drawing manga, they'd need (and want. I don't know why it's so difficult for some to imagine just straight up wanting to not use a certain method or resource) more than that unless their goal was to try to create works that specifically apes a certain style or looks like a mishmash of whatever you copied.
Again, nothing wrong with the method, but it's not the beginning and the end of art instruction, nor is it the best method for every person for what it aims to teach.
