If you're not new, that means you have to start getting your shit together, clearly you've been doing something wrong. Just study up on the basics. Anatomy, Proportion, and perspective. There's other basics but at least focus on the first two before anything else. Art takes a long time to get good at, you can do it as long as you're honest with yourself. Also, while very basic, i like that you tried to add shading.
