If the 2D guy is so hot that it's distracting, the coomer will be disgusted because he can't stand the thought of others drawing what they find attractive. He cannot comprehend the idea of something that doesn't sexually appeal to him or conform to his idea of "attractive male" (AKA non-sexualized guy). Men are way too used to everything catering to them, so some of them chimp out when other people (in this case, straight women) decide that they don't want to be forced to only see shit that they don't like and to create stuff for themselves.
