If you're looking for a free to use, zero "censorship" of anyone ever for any reason, completely open, high-resolution, unlimited uploads website formatted like a "gallery" then the closest thing you will ever find to that is a booru like phaleal but even those sites have rules.
If you want your own gallery where you can post anything you want and nobody can tell you what for then the closest you will ever get is hosting your own site with a foreign server host that gives zero fucks and a registrar that gives zero fucks but that isn't free and it's probably a bitch to set up. You pay for convenience with a lack of freedom, so either pony up or find the best free hole to crawl in.
I'd also recommend that you start using english on english speaking websites
