I still have to do projects that require me to draw on paper from time to time and whenever I do my neck hurts so fucking bad immediately. That shit'll fuck up your back too.
I would tell anybody who wants to use a screen tablet or draw trad to make sure they have some kind of stand or easel or something to lift it, never draw on it flat.
