If you want to learn, take a book like

Do *not* spend time looking for the perfect drawing course; some are a little bit better than others for some people, but sticking with a course from beginning to end is far more valuable than looking for the perfect course.
You should definitely learn to self-evaluate your drawings. You can try to get critics. I would suggest you try here:
