All I wanted was a little studio for myself to set up some equipment and make some art to sell, and make a little bit of money. Why did God make me get into a car accident and ruin my hands and my life?

Not to the point that I was performing before. Years of physical therapy have only recovered a marginal amount of my motor skills. Can't even wank properly.

Too late bro, my life is irreparably ruined. I got everything set up in a nice studio to start making some work, and I got destroyed in a severe car accident coming back from the woods. Now I sit around like a fucking vegetable.

Maybe you can get into 3D modelling? Even if you can't paint textures you can still do a lot with nodes.
Why I'm sugesting this is because ever since I started really getting into 3D modelling I switch mediums all the time. To be honest 3D modelling is just as exciting to me as painting/ drawing has always been.
I hope you find something you're just as passionate about.

Dont know the nature of your injury but some people who have athritis use thicker pencils brushes and supposedly it helps. Or use pencils that have different angle like pistol grip
