Throw in $99 for an Apple Pencil and you've got the best mobile drawing hardware available. Procreate and ArtStudio Pro can be had for around $10 each. I'm by no means an Apple fanboy, but the fact is nothing really competes with the iPad for best mobile digital drawing experience. Anons who get memed into buying an Android tablet or Surface are getting an inferior experience, and that's just a fact.
